Coming from Blue Hill or Bucksport - a mile after entering Ellsworth, you will travel downhill towards the bridge over the Union River (and Rooster Brother store for cooks and those who love them will be on the right). Get into the right lane going over the bridge. At the light, turn right onto Water St. Travel about one block, and turn left onto Pine Street just after Mike's Country Store (90 Water St.). Go up hill past Franklin and Hancock Streets, and look for a brick house on the right near the top of the street - 61 Pine St.
Coming from Hancock, Lamoine and Downeast - head to Ellsworth, and at the town line go past the golf course (r), Lutheran Church (l), and then go through the lights at Myrick St. (Home Depot, Walmart). Go downhill and onto High St. heading in the direction of Bangor. Look on the left for a big Irving gas station followed by a Shell gas station also on the left. Prepare to turn left onto the second street after the Shell station onto Pine Street. Go down to the third building on the left (yellow jewelry store house, green house, brick house), and park in the downhill driveway of 61 Pine St.
Coming from Mt. Desert Island - go through straight at the lights at the Mardens' store, and past Pat's Pizza (r). After the Mobil station (r) get into the right lane and turn right at the light onto Myrick St. and through the WalMart and Home Depot light, and then get into the left lane. At the light at Rt. 1, turn left and continue down to High Street. Travel less than a mile - get into left lane - and look for an Irving gas station on the left followed by a Shell gas station also on the left. Prepare to turn left onto the second street after the Shell station, onto Pine Street. Go down to the third building on the left (yellow jewelry store house, green house, brick house), and park in the downhill driveway of 61 Pine St.
Coming from Bangor - nearing downtown, look on the left for EBS - Ellsworth Building Supplies, and their warehouse with lumber stacked on the street-side of the outside of the building. The YMCA will be on the right. Get into the right lane and take a right at the light onto State Street. Travel down to the light (Camden National Bank on left corner) and get into left lane. Go straight through the light onto Water St. and travel one block to turn left just after Mike's Country Store (90 Water St.) onto Pine Street. Go uphill past Franklin and Hancock Streets and look on the right for a brick house near the top of the street - 61 Pine Street. Park in the driveway.
